**EHAF Consulting Engineers (worldwide ranked engineering firm in
design, consulting & management) is handling one of the METRO Riyadh
three lines with HILL INTERNATIONAL & LOUIS PERGER also
handling TALA 2 & 3 with EMMAR Co. and 2 of 4 hotels from Centro
Rotana Hotel series and Prince Faisal Bin Sultan palace ( which I am
responsible for the last three projects).
Specific duties and responsibilities (scope of work):
**Working as mechanical manager carrying out the following
responsibilities:
*Lead & supervise the team to review the development of plumbing,
firefighting, LPG, SPA, kitchen, laundry, and HVAC plans in conjunction
with the design review team.
*Ensure design works (if any), co-ordinate with project staff, engineers &
client.
*Review/respond to inquiries & recommended changes in design to resolve
problems.
*To attend/handle meetings & discussions with client, main contractors
