  • Hi Amit,

    I have one question about the Service Manager and Opalis. When service manager can automatically create incident from SCOM alerts and do other automation work also then where Opalis automation is needed?
    What's and where we need Opalis to automate the process when Service Mgr is capable enought to escalate the incidnent to needed IT Pro, autoamtically emailed and track the complete status of that incident.

    Could you please share some bits on that with process example.
