  3. 3. Research – 2015 – Wiley • Examined 300 associations and societies in 2014 for 12 weeks. • Twitter use (84%) was comparable to Facebook (86%). Those platforms surpassed all other social media platforms.

  5. 5. Wiley Research The researchers drilled down into Twitter. Many struggled to get engagement, esp. on mass campaigns. They concluded: “Good engagement results from sharing content which is interesting, relevant and useful for your specific audience.”
