Podcasting <ul><li>Podcasting is used by companies to market their services/products </li></ul><ul><li>It’s also used to communicate with their employees internally or externally </li></ul><ul><li>Companies also use podcast to communicate with their clients, as clients are not always able to attend meetings to hear the company’s message </li></ul>

Podcasting <ul><li>With Podcasting the client and the employee can hear the company’s message any time anywhere </li></ul><ul><li>Once online they can also download podcast to their digital media player (MP3 player) and mobile phone that supports media files meaning much easier communication with clients and employees, which is what every companies wants </li></ul>
  4. 4. Wikis <ul><li>Wikis is an online web page which could be used by any organisation to enhance internal and external communications </li></ul><ul><li>Using wikis web page workgroups can organise their work ideas better quicker and easier </li></ul>

Wikis <ul><li>Wikis is an online tool that employees can use to put up new ideas so the rest of the group can view the idea and edit it at the same time </li></ul><ul><li>Wikis is a better way to read an internal memo as everyone can read it at the same time and there is no mass emails or letters sent out to employees and no employees can say that they never received the information </li></ul>

Blog <ul><li>Blogs are like a personal diary that is frequently updated but is intended for users to communicate in a nice simple way </li></ul><ul><li>Blogs will make communication between employees( and clients, if necessary) alot easier and more efficient, whether internal or external as it is all accessed on line on a webpage, and can be viewed or created anytime, anywhere by an authorized person </li></ul>

Blog <ul><li>Blogs are very quick and simple to operate and use </li></ul><ul><li>Every time a new blog is updated to the webpage it is automatically put at the top of the page, so there is no need to search for any updated blogs </li></ul><ul><li>Blogs can be used for employees to not only communicate with each other but to also put up their ideas so others can view, comment or input on the ideas </li></ul>
