As human beings we all know what does it mean live through multiple transformations - growing up and growing our families, learning new skills, moving countries and changing careers, becoming better versions of ourselves. But when it comes to organisation-wide changes, such as digital transformation, the outlook is different – only 16% companies “say their organizations’ digital transformations have successfully improved performance and also equipped them to sustain changes in the long term”. Does it mean that when many people come together, they suddenly lose their ability to cope with change?
