disease or dementia using the Mini Mental Status Exam.
Internship experience: Haven House outpatient clinic - 300 hours. Designed group
counseling sessions for adults with mental diseases and defects.

Supervised at-risk youth at the residential facility and school. Chartered with bringing
kids better lives by teaching life skills and providing crisis intervention. This mission was
accomplished through group counseling and stabilization.
On a weekly basis, my responsibilities included assisting the Development department in
event coordination and communication and assisting the research analyst and director of
quality improvement with collecting and reporting pertinent data.
On a daily basis, my responsibilities included overseeing records and conducting weekly
internal audits of files to ensure they are in compliance with state rules and regulations.
