Quality Management SystemSince 20 years we are a growing company based on important valuesAltea has a Certified Quality System since 1996: CisqCert, an indipendent and accreditedorganism of third part, assessed (and periodically verify) our compliance within the Customerorganization, from the design to the service delivery and the Customer satisfaction, in therespect of the international standards UNI EN ISO 9001:2008.This rule provides that a company must meet 8 requirements to be able to demonstrate tooffer a compliant service.The Quality Management System is applicable to the design and provision of consultancy andtraining in the following areas of activity: Business Application (Business Units SAP, MS, <INFOR), Consulting (EOC - Enterprise Organization Control), Technologies (ETM EnterpriseTechnologies Management), Services (Quality, Safety & Environment); hardware andsoftware sales; held at the headquarters of Feriolo, in Baveno (VB).Other activities conducted by Altea, all over the offices, are excluded (eg. SW development,financing).Altea is also accredited by the Piedmont Region to carry out funded training activities; thismeans that the government has recognized Altea as educational institution as high ascapable of providing an adequate service compared to organizational, structural and financialstandards (as defined by state and by individual regions). The possession of theserequirements is subject to periodic audits by the Region.
