Manage day to day operations of a brand new start up (40,000 sqft) indoor shooting range and retail
firearms and accessories store. Complete set up and merchandising of 6000 sqft retail shop. Hiring
and training of new associates. Implementing all new policies and procedures for operations, safety,
POS and customer service. Establishing new vendor relationships and account set up. Purchasing of
all product for the store, sourcing new store fixtures, setting up w/supply vendors. Opening and
closing the store and range. Promotion and marketing of memberships to the club. Obtained my
certificate of eligibility to sell firearms in the state of CA, NRA range safety officer certificate, Hand
gun safety instructor and CCW holder. Oversight of all firearms sales, storage and disposition to
ensure we stay compliant with the California DOJ, ATF, City and county agencies.
• Setting and communicating the standards for excellent customer service, with an emphasis on
being the Nordstrom’s of the shooting industry.
• Establishing vendor partnerships via excellent communication skills and building strong
relationships, negotiating pricing and discounts for opening orders, follow up on all opening

shows to source new product lines and vendors

stayed compliant during the hiring process, on boarded all new associates, oversaw all training of
