Manage day to day operations of a brand new start up (40,000 sqft) indoor shooting range and retail
firearms and accessories store. Complete set up and merchandising of 6000 sqft retail shop. Hiring
and training of new associates. Implementing all new policies and procedures for operations, safety,
POS and customer service. Establishing new vendor relationships and account set up. Purchasing of
all product for the store, sourcing new store fixtures, setting up w/supply vendors. Opening and
