2. FASTRIP T5 MULTITANK
For many companies that carry out painting operations, it may be essential to have an
in-house chemical paint stripping system that can be both used to recover defected
workpieces or for paint stripping hooks and frames used to hang workpieces.
ALIT Technologies introduced FASTRIP T5 Multitank system to face this need. Thanks
to this system it will be possible to load the items to be stripped into specially designed
baskets. The pieces will be then effortlessly lifted with the overhead crane to be transfer
into the T5 stripping tank. The stripped workpieces will then be transferred to the rinsing
tank and finally moved to the dripping tank. Once arrived at the dripping tank, a final
spray rinse can also be carried out if necessary.

3. MULTI-FUNCTION TROLLEY PUMP: A trolley made of stainless steel AISI
304 with a 1” pneumatic pump. This unit is specially designed to easily carry
out all the operations of pouring, filling, and emptying of the paint stripping
and rinsing systems of the Fastrip series. The pump has two feeding circuits
that can be selected through special manual valves.
KEY COMPONENTS
FASTRIP T5-800 MIX - PAINT STRIPPING TANK: The tank is entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel with
a volume of 800 liters, which allows the chemical stripping of hooks, frames, and manufactured items by
immersion in a heated paint stripping fluid moved by a mixer. The tank is perfectly insulated on every side
and covered by an interlocked lid. The machine is also arranged for fume extraction. It is built according to the
‘tank-in-tank’ concept, which guarantees greater safety in the working environment as the external hermetic
tank functions as safety basin for containing liquids. It is equipped with a separate plug-and-play control panel
with a touch screen front panel that allows the cycle parameters to be programmed easily and independently.
It is also equipped with integrated electric heaters and a modulating temperature control system that can
regulate and reach temperatures up to 80°C.
OVERHEAD CRANE FOR FASTRIP T5 MULTITANK SYSTEM: It is a manually
operated overhead crane with two motors for vertical lifting and horizontal
movement of the load along the working area. Technical specifications such
as dimensions, heights, and lifting capacity can be adapted to customer
needs.
WORKPIECES BASKET FOR FASTRIP T5-800: It is made to measure according to customer requirements.
Each basket is equipped with a load bar that is attached directly to the overhead crane to eliminate the
need to touch it or to attach chains to its four different corners. The baskets’ design is optimized to guarantee
optimal paint stripping performance and facilitate the loading and unloading of parts.
RINSING TANK – FASTRIP T5-800: It is a tank completely made of AISI 304 stainless steel with a
volume of 800 liters, which makes easy to operate the rinsing of materials after the phase of paint
stripping. It is equipped with a drain valve at the bottom and arranged for the attachment of chutes
for collecting of drips.
LOADING / UNLOADING TANK FOR FASTRIP T5 MULTITANK SYSTEM: This is a low-height tank
completely made of AISI 304 stainless steel, located at the loading and unloading station. Its main
function is to collect any liquid dripping from the stripped and rinsed parts.
