Assisted with the application build and system testing; developed reports and technical guides for end-users and support staff; assisted with elements of the technical implementation and rollout. • International insurance, risk management and wealth management firm (2006) Project manager – operational reporting/Hyperion Essbase Led a team of consultants and internal SMEs to realize a real-time operational reporting solution for their high-growth, M&A environment. Worked with corporate CFO and CIO to develop standards and technology to be implemented across the organization on a phased approach. • Largest civilian department of the federal government (2006) SME – Executive facilitation, BPM strategy development, change management The Federal Financial Management Line of Business initiative (FMLoB) is the third phase of the largest business process re-engineering effort in history. Our team was responsible for the payments and receipts work stream, reported directly to the GSA’s Financial Services Integration Office (FSIO). We were also responsible to the Executive Office of the President’s Office of Management and Budget (OMB) which maintained an oversight position on the team. Assisted client in decision to select and migrate to HFM. Tasks included reconciliation of Hyperion currency translation methods and adjustments to SAP FI/CO; creation of flexible Essbase reporting models for Treasury/Tax; improvements to Hyperion reporting processes. Worked with Hyperion administrator in corporate consolidation and closing effort. • Government sponsored home mortgage underwriter (GSE) (2005) Team member - IT Audit, SOX Assisted with IT audit and Sarbanes-Oxley remediation of corporate financial reporting applications and databases. Work performed under supervision of PwC (internal auditor).
