Cataloguing: Take a digital photo This story shows you how to take a photograph of an artwork and then how to put the photograph onto a computer

Try to make the artwork look really good in the photo

Step 4: Check the photo to make sure it looks right in the back screen Select the icon to view

You can see your photo on the screen

If you have taken several photos you can scroll back through them on the viewer by selecting the back arrow

Step 5: When you are happy with your photos Take your camera to the computer

Plug it in so that you can copy the picture onto the computer for cataloguing

Step 6: Your computer will then show you a window The window will tell you that your photos can be downloaded from the camera and saved into a file to use in the catalogue
