UX: The Untold Story

Alexis Puchek (frog) and Elizabeth Holz (IBM Design) will provide a view into the complexity of user experience thru agency and enterprise lenses. They will highlight the value user centered design provides at different customer touch points and how critical thinking has become a required skill set. From designer to CEO, UX is a perspective everyone faces as new technologies drive change and add new complexities.

From this session, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of what user experience is, how it fits into the business ecosystem, and the positive impact it can have when paired with other disciplines like marketing, sales and support through radical collaboration.
