Using big equipments for large scale production, even up to 10,000,000 hl, is a trend of
brewery industry worldwide. With increasing demand on special and characteristic
beer, small beer equipment comes into people's sight gradually. In Lehui, small beer
production line is integrated with many advanced techniques of beer industry and
concept of energy/water-saving such as centralized control, centralized CIP, optimal
distribution and balance of various consumptions, by which small beer equipments
are fully upgraded and production costs are effectively controlled. Many clients prefer

to produce top-class special beer but also to be the pilot-scale equipment of breweries.

Centralized control and operation with lower personnel cost.
Central CIP station optimizes consumptions of caustic and water.
For instance, clean caustic could be used to wash BBT area first,
then fermentation area, finally brewhouse area, which is a recycling
circle. For another example, only one tank for recycling water can
achieve one CIP line washing and the other CIP line working, which
avoids occupation of too many tanks.
With back pressure of CO /N , saccharification without influence2 2
of O can be achieved.2
Material charged with deaerated water can be achieved.
Charge of tested starch or other adjuncts can be conducted and
various ratios between water and material can be realized.
Pressurized rice cooking can be achieved.

Central Control Room
Combine manual and automatic operation. You can adjust between
them according to requirements of technique. It is easy to operate,
flexible, safe with good price versus performance ratio.
Cold wort pipeline can be used for trial dosing of enzyme, hops products,
active dry yeast and other additives.
During filtration, you can test to dose modifying agent, stabilizer, foam
booster, and antioxidant, etc.
You can choose Lehui's packaging equipment for beer in barrel, bottle
or can, etc.
The fine-looking Lehui Small Brewery Equipment can be used for
decoration and on-site production in restaurant.
