The Queen is still grieving the death of Prince Philip, her 73-year-old husband, but she had reason to smile on Monday when her horse, ‘Spring is Sprung,' won at the Windsor Races. The 95-year-old monarch is a huge race fan who was unable to attend any of them last year due to the pandemic.
