DOCTORS KIT is a health care web application. This is helpful for the individuals who want to access services available for homeopathy treatment. It was developed using HTML, CSS as the front-end, PHP as the back-end, and MySQL as database technology. The end user has the ability to register himself and see his information. Modules in this software are Home, Register, About us, Links to purchase Medicine, Emergency no. It directly deals with the user and provides facilities regarding his health.

1. DOCTOR’S KIT
 The project on “HEALTH CARE APPLICATION” named “DOCTOR’S KIT” has
been developed using HTML as front-end and PHP as the back-end.
 HEALTH CARE APPLICATION is a software which is helpful for operators,
who wants to operate health care service through homeopathy
treatment . Health Care Application is a web application. In this
software a person can be register as a user and he can see the required
details.

12. MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THIS PROJECT
 The main objective of the project is to provide users with a
platform for free Homeopathic medical prescription of
common Respiratory Disease, some emergency Helpline
numbers and an easy and simple links for purchasing
medicines online and getting it delivered at their home, all in
one convenient place.
 This project report provides all the detail view of website
DOCTOR’S KIT. This project contains the whole programing of
the website, ER- diagram, data flow diagram, scope of the
project, database detail and data structure with backend and
frontend tool.
 We have tried our best to show the complete software
engineering applied int his project.
