Familiarity with support and troubleshooting of personal computers. Knowledge of current trends in the specific field. Knowledge of circuit boards. Skills Controlling operations of equipment or systems properly. Watching indicators to make sure a machine is working properly. Speaking — talking to others to convey information effectively. Time Management — managing ones own time and the time of others. Operate and control equipment.
