  2. 2. How would you like to feel? • Do you want to have more energy or to feel healthier? • How do you feel now? What are the negatives? • Rewrite this to describe how you’ll feel in a month when you’ve had time to focus on yourself – make it positive.
  3. 3. An Example Here’s a suggestion on how to reframe your feelings: If you say …..... "I still feel tired 20 minutes after getting up.” Reframe this into …..... “I feel wide awake in the morning, I spring out of bed and feel energetic all day.”
  4. 4. Write Down Your Intentions • Spend time clearly mapping out what changes you want to bring about in your life. • When you decide to make a change in your life, write down that intention. • Give yourself a timeframe in which you’d like to bring about the changes – this is a good way to hold yourself accountable.
  5. 5. What are Your Goals? • CLEAR - EXCITING – REWARDING • Choose a couple of goals that you would absolutely LOVE to have as your new reality • How would your life be improved by you achieving this? • Why do you want this? • How will it benefit you?
