KLIA-Landside Operations <ul><li>Landside area is all areas within the airport boundary other than airside area </li></ul><ul><li>KLIA covers an area of 10,000ha (10km x 10kn sq). </li></ul><ul><li>To ensure the efficiency and safety on landside activities </li></ul><ul><li>Fully co-ordinated operating procedures </li></ul><ul><li>Promotes safe and efficient airport operations </li></ul>

Kerbside Management <ul><li>Departures </li></ul><ul><ul><li>2 x 422m long kerbs, with 3 and 4 traffics lanes </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><ul><li>Able to accommodate 30 cars and 4 buses at any one time </li></ul></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Inner kerbside - use by VIP/VVIP cars, City Taxi and Shuttle Bus </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><ul><li>Taxis 5 minutes and Shuttle Bus 15 minutes </li></ul></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Outer Kerbside - use by Public to disembark the passengers and through traffics </li></ul></ul>
