Today most of this work is very reactive and in a firefighting way. We would like a more proactive way of working. After they had grouped them we asked them to name the areas (Attributes). In this way we back off, and instead of assuming we understand and know what a good leader is and what attributes that defines them we let the good leaders that we have to define them.
