Conviction is increasing that Agile projects lead to better results.! ! Increasing effects on risk reduction, efficiency and productivity.! ! The success of Agile projects depends less on lack of Agile knowledge, but more on conflicting traditional culture and lack of management commitment! ! De invoer van Agile heeft binnen de teams impact op zowel communicatie, vakmanschap als cultuur. Het belangrijkste effect is dat teamleden beter met elkaar communiceren (71%). Hierdoor ontstaat meer inzicht in voortgang, blokkades en resultaten (55%) en leren teamleden meer van elkaar (54%). Het leidt ook tot een grotere betrokkenheid (52%) en gezamenlijke verantwoordelijkheid (48%) binnen de teams en betere communicatie met stakeholders (49%).! ! ! !
