  1. 1.  Front-End Web DeveloperCandidate must possess the ability to develop and be proficient in hand-coding HTML, CSS, Mobile-compliant websites and social applications with an emphasis on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) bestpractices.Responsibilities • Creation of standards compliant, semantic, web interfaces via HTML and CSS • Creation of mobile compliant websites • Creation of custom Facebook tabs (iframe) and various other social applications utilizing APIs. • Design and Template integration into the Wordpress CMS • Maintenance of existing client portfolio within their respective frameworks. • Coding of HTML emails for various clients. • Ability to give estimates on work required. • Ability to improvise, troubleshoot, and learn new skills on the job • Ability to communicate timelines effectively across business segments and staffSkills & Experience Requirements • Degree in Computer Science, Corporate Media, Interactive Media or similar. • Ability in writing standards-based, semantically correct HTML and CSS following SEO best practices. • Strong focus on front-end design and modern web practices to create an efficient user-experience. • Ability to build mobile compliant web sites with a good understanding of cross-browser and mobile operating systems debugging. • Strong understanding of application programming interfaces (API) • Experience in building social applications interfacing with Facebook and Twitter. • A good understanding of cross-browser issues and debugging. • Excellent project management skillsWorking Knowledge of the Following is Required: • Extensive knowledge of the Worpress framework • On-site Search Engine Optimization best practices • Understanding of Google Analytics (installing, tracking and establishing Goals) • Understanding of Campaign Monitor, MailChimp and coding email HTML for email marketing platforms
