The way forward REPUBLIQUE DU SENEGAL © 2016 - ADIE 28 • To strengthen the institutional framework through the establishment of a national council on geographic information under the presidency of the Head of States or the Prime Minister; • To elaborate of a three-year plan to implement the GNP and articulate it to the Emergent Senegal Plan and the Act 3 of decentralization; • To strengthen the GSDI core through the improvement of the geodetic and leveling repository, the cartographic reference scales and the geographic information access and exchange tools ; • To work on the capacity building of actors and the integration of Geomatics in higher and professional education curricula.
