Some guidance for you how to register as a user-client. The Africa Press List offers a process flow which make it very easy for you te create a press release in line with international quality standards. You can distribute your press releases to more than 6,200 journalists and bloggers who are writing about Africa. You can specify your audience by among others the following selection keys: 4 languages, 30 fields of interests, 6 media channels, and 54 countries.

You are directed to the pricing page. You can select which option you want to select. There are three choices: a
trial, starters package and an annual subscription. Select one of the three options by clicking “sign up”. In this
case, we clicked the free trial-option.
In filling your information, please be as complete as possible and note that your password should comply with certain
requirements – Minimum is 8 characters with one uppercase and one number. Must contain at least one of these
special characters (@,#,$,%,!,£,+,& or -). We advise to store your username and password somewhere safe and easy to
find, since you need them later to login.
After you have filled in your personal information, you will fill in your company information
Company information: In the profile type, you can choose “Regular” or “Agency”. Agency is the right choice for
organizations that will also send out press releases on behalf of other organizations – usually clients. It provides
other ways of information organization, eg per client.
Company information: For the right calculation of Value Added Tax, it is important to fill in the country of
residence of your company. If you are located inside the EU, it is also important to fill in your VAT number. No
VAT will be charged to companies outside The Netherlands.
Please note, that if you have not entered the right information and the form detects that, you have always to
re-enter your password at the top of the form.
You will receive the email in you inbox, usually quite quickly. If not, please check your spam folder. If you ccan
not find the email in any folder, please contact email@example.com.
The email contains a link. By clicking it you will activate your account.
If you see this page, your account has been activated. You can login by clicking “client login” at the top – right
At this page you login with the login details you have entered in the registration form. You can use either your
username or email-address and your pasword.
