Available from Amazon.com - http://www.amazon.com/Flowers-Photos-childrens-picture-ebook/dp/B00DGIF2GU/ref=sr_1_1?s=digital-text&ie=UTF8&qid=1381870688&sr=1-1&keywords=fran+west+flowers+2

In this picture book there are 20 colorful photos of different flowers originating from all over the globe (with most being found in the home garden). It follows on from the popular "Flowers: Photos to enjoy (a children's picture book)", illustrating nature's brilliant palette.

To see samples of the photos (with words on them) view the video on Fran's author page (click on "Fran West" below the title of this kindle book).

Flowers depicted: magnolia, protea, peony, anthurium, lilium, hyacinths, fireweed, geranium, Peruvian lily, African iris, rhododendron, daffodils, statice, poppy, gazanias, hebe, fuchsia, cactus, dahlia and cyclamen.

The first sequence is for looking and enjoying.

The second sequence is for looking and learning. This time the photos have a word (or words) on them and can be used like flash cards.

Children will enjoy not only looking at the beautiful colored photos but the large text of the word(s) on the photos makes it very easy for learning new words.

Not only can foreign language speakers use this book to learn English words but it is also great for use in aged care.

Ideal for children who love flowers, plants, nature and gardening.
