• Working in natural light allows you to sleep better, improving
productivity when you’re awake!
• A lack of natural light has been well documented to disrupt
the body’s circadian rhythms, causing abnormal sleep
patterns and seasonal affective disorder!
• If you don’t have windows in your office, try using a natural
light lamp that simulates natural light
