The Oracle Social Strategic Consulting team provides a level of strategic social media consulting and guidance that is unique to the social relationship management industry. Our primary objective is to help our customers extract true value from their existing marketing and social media assets to achieve immediate and lasting impact on business goals. We partner with customers to: 1. establish social objectives aligned with strategic business imperatives and marketing goals 2. provide expert guidance and analysis at the rapidly changing pace of social to inform and impact strategy in real-time 3. drive quantifiable social value by unlocking monetization opportunities with long-term focus and brand expertise The Social Strategic Consulting Team The Oracle Social Strategic Consulting team is a dedicated team of social strategy and planning experts with deep experience in brand management, digital marketing, and social engagement at Fortune 500 companies like Coca-Cola, Hanes, Timex, Sony Pictures, and Campbell’s Soup Company. This team was developed with the specific goal of providing key customers with actionable insights and recommendations for their owned social media properties drawn from analysis across industries within the social media landscape, including competitors and best-in-class brands. We work with customers’ internal teams and agency partners to magnify the brand’s impact across social media channels. All social strategic consulting deliverables are personally developed by a strategic consulting expert with the customer’s specific brand goals and objectives in mind. Each brand benefits from the consistency of having the same strategic consultant for the life of the engagement, whenever possible, so that the consultant becomes an expert on the brand and key KPIs. Advanced/Emerging Platform Consultation We provide strategic consultation on emerging platforms focused on a customer’s social goals and objectives. The analysis shows all aspects of the chosen benchmarks – both good and bad – and provides monthly tracking to monitor the customer’s relative position among competitors. The deliverable to the client includes three forms of competitive evaluation: 1. Social activity reporting and assessment (qualitative) 2. Social measures (quantitative) 3. Strengths & opportunities tracking relevant to competitive or relevant brands The current landscape is presented as a summary of key metrics measuring social scale and engagement with month over month change (fans/followers, social interactions, interaction rate, etc.).
