This brings the total number of active projects in the AcuComm database to 5,190. They have an estimated value of US$348.6 million, or US$67 million on average. The USA was the leading country in the past week in terms of project value, accounting for US$1,269 million. In terms of estimated capacity, the leading facility type was also incineration (with energy recovery), which amounted to an annualised 2,919,423 tonnes or 47.1% of the total. Incineration (with energy recovery) was the leading facility type in terms of anticipated power output. This amounted to 528 MW, equal to 92.5% of the total.
