Ted at Skilled Park before the game, nerves are starting to build before his maiden NRL appearance.
Ted leads out the Parkwood Sharks U7 team on the hallowed turf of Skilled Park, Captain for the day, what an honour.
Ted watching the ref waiting for him to blow time on, the crowd waiting for the much talked about and anticipated clash between Parkwood Sharks and Tweed Coast Raiders U7. The capacity crowd are on the edge of their seats.
Ted in action, great photo of the kick off, and in full stride with a bullocking run, barging through the Raiders defensive line.
After the game the teams formed the tunnel for the Titans to run out for the 2 nd half, few nice cheer leaders there as well just quietly..!
A few more photos from the NRL photography website which you have to pay for.
On the “behind the scenes” tour we went into the press conference room and Ted asked if he could sit where the coach & captain sit, pretending to be Scott Prince in a after match Fox Sports interview.
Ted’s 7 th “Footy Party” B’day, just last Sunday, I think my wife Jane did a great job with the “Footy Cake”, I made the goal posts from straws. Check out Tom with the guilty look on his face, he just got sprung putting his fingers through the icing.
Ted’s 5 th “Footy Party” B’day, (2 years ago, wet day) we made a banner and all the adults formed the tunnel for the kids to run through. Check out Dad after about 10 beers..!
