So how would you propose to make the room in fairly brightness? せんせい: エアコンを つけましょうか。 Shall I turn the AC on? sensei eyakon o tsuke mashouka In Lesson 15 we learned ∼ましょうか meaning let s ∼ . mashouka あついです ∼ましょうか is also used in the sense of mashouka let me do something for someone in offering/proposing assistance. Vocabulary ブラインド = blinds buraindo しめます = to close/shut shimemasu でんき = lights denki エアコン = AC(air conditioning) eyakon つけます = to turn lights, TV, radio, and most of electric devices tsukemasu
