New Directions is committed to ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of all of our staff and providing a supportive working environment. The "Five Ways to Wellbeing" poster campaign recognises that there is a strong link between levels of staff wellbeing and their motivation and performance. The posters have been distributed around the charity's services and these five images are on staff digital media. New Directions is committed to taking a positive approach to mental health at work to ensure that staff are supported throughout their employment and to help them achieve a positive sense of wellbeing.
