But the challenges of expansions and rivals continues .Recent surges against any cosmetic product has not helped either . It is the time to revamp the marketing strategy and focus more on products which do not have side effects and spend considerable R&D funds on them .We indeed hope that the present CEO of the company can push through such reforms
