Description:
Tawtheeq Application is a new unified portal developed for Customer Service Centers of AACM. The
portal is enabling the Municipality to enhance its operational efficiency, accountability and

It features 20 Documentum workflow services which are integrated with .net interface to facilitate
the delivery for customers across all Al Ain Municipality, Abudhabi Municipality and Western region
municipality entities. The system's unified database enables applications made in one service center
to be followed up in another center.
This application is an Integration Platform which is integrated between different environments (.net,
Middleware, documentum) and consumed various .net, SOA services. Multiple Documentum services
written and various services are consumed to enable the application to work with .net interface and

Property Archive - Captiva:
Property archive application allows Property Department users to scan, index, and upload the files

process templates.

A search application is provided to the users to search the documents that have been scanned to
the system.
Property Archive - Migration:
We migrated millions of documents from the old Kofax system to documentum using various DFC
and Java scripts.

Description:
The Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation (ENEC) is working to deliver safe, clean, efficient nuclear energy to
the United Arab Emirates - energy that is needed to support the UAE’s social and economic growth.
As part of the ENEC IT Infrastructure implementation they want to migrate their existing systems
EB and sharepoint to documentum and re-organize their manual business processing to automated
way by implementing workflows.
ENEC has several departments which are identified as functional elements. Each functional element
has their own cabinet with their accessible documents. The overall document management is
controlled by DCRM which has control over the entire functional element and provide grant/restrict
access to the confidential documents under each functional element.
As part of the documentum implementation we build a tool called Trinity Bridge which migrates all
the documents from sharepoint and eb to the appropriate designed data model.
There are several customization implemented like SBO,TBO,Adapters,WDK to simulate their
business needs.

the fleet.
This application is build on XCP. Various Form builder forms and Task space components are used to achieve the

Description:
PWC the world’s biggest tax consulting firm has its data managed by a system built on
documentum.
The Delta DMS is a document management system of PWC built on Documentum 5.3 and uses
Desktop Client5.3 as user interface. The current project primarily deals with up gradation, migration
of the entire system to Documentum6.5 along with GUI changing to Webtop6.5.
The scope of the project is to develop a DMS system in D6.5 along with some recommended
enhancements to the existing 5.3 system.

Description:

PwC Canada has HR offices across 14 cities which manage documentation related to
corporate procedures, job descriptions, and personnel files for approximately 6,000 active
employees. On an ongoing basis, there are approximately 1,500 new employee records created and
approximately 1,200 employees that become inactive. At present theses files exist in multiple
locations across the country. PwC has therefore embarked on an initiative of HC Transformation to
implement a unified document management process for HR operations that will integrate and
streamline existing processes into a centralized, online system.
This new system (HCDMS) will:
• Consolidate and centralize personnel files, job descriptions, policies, processes and
procedures.
• e-tize HR documentation, and
• Streamline HR processes and events to allow for better management of files and increased
ease of following retention policies.
To implement the above proposed requirement we used Documentum 6.5 sp2 environment. We
provided the design with set of wdk components and Server Jobs and Methods.

Description:
Implemented the DMS solution for AAG team of PWC. Customized the webtop as per their
business requirements. Challenging task was the Integration of Lotus notes with Documentum,
Enabling users to file mails to DMS. To achieve this we developed a custom Lotus Notes java agent
using Swings and notes java API. By using this agent users can select a mail from the lotus notes
and start filing them to documentum. Developed a Lotus notes java Code for importing one million
mails from lotus notes database to documentum.

This Project will regularize the GSIS Manual process to automatic by using the lineaments of
Documentum Workflows. WDMS totally includes four modules DV, Membership, RIV, Claims which is
completely processed manually and wants to be automate them electronically with different
securities levels. GSIS totally has 453 departments where each department has their own
confidential Documents and the documents have to be viewed or edited by the concerned
department. We have define different security levels to regularize this confidentiality and developed
various workflows which suit their requirements.

Description:
The project RAO initiates a new Account opening process on behalf of the new to Bank
Customers and integrated with Content Management tool Documentum. When the customer
clicks submit button after completing the form all the details related to the customer will be
captured in an xml file and a tiff file will be generated by the .NET application. Here the client-
servlet communication is used to move all the account opening application from the client
machine to the APP. server. Once all the applications are moved to Application server, using the
Documentum applications they are uploaded to the Docbase. The xml and tiff files are saved in
the repository with the respective object types.
When the xml file is uploaded to the docbase a Lifecycle is set to all the xml files.
When the tiff files are uploaded all the permission sets and ACL’s are applied to it and also the
respective workflow will be started depending on the object type.
Different workflows will be started depending on the form submitted by the customer like
Existing Customer or New to Bank or Applied for Credit Card or applied for Salary Credit etc.
The same above process will be used to upload the supporting documents the .NET
generated tiff and xml files will be scanned through Captive Input Accel.

This process is completely based on the BPM(Business Process Manager) BPS(Business Process
Services)Inbound/Outbound services .we used forms builder to design the forms .The forms is
accessed by the user based on different roles and categories, different pages can be accessed by
the different users in the company. We generated the reports based on category.
