Solubility : Completely soluble in Sulphuric Acid Solution
Method : Dissolve 80 gm of Blue NH-3 dye in 1 ltr. of water add 50 ml of
Sulphuric acid. Temperature may increase up 50°C. Then keep this under stirring for 5 hrs. Then
filter the solution. You may get some insoluble particles of dye which you can dissolve in separate
solution again. Use this filtered solution in acid copper brightener.
Usage : Blue NH-3 is normally 0.2 to 0.25% on dry basis. In 1 ltr. of Acid
Copper Brightener it should be added 3.125 gm or less. Use above filtered solution accordingly.
