  2. 2. Creating a Folder<br /><ul><li>Click “New Folder”
  3. 3. Name folder
  4. 4. Click “Create”</li></li></ul><li>Adding Reference to Folder(s)<br /><ul><li>Select citation by clicking in box next to Ref ID
  5. 5. Select folder on pull-down menu
  6. 6. Note: One reference can go in multiple folders</li></li></ul><li>View, Select, and Edit Folders<br /><ul><li>Click “Folders” tab
  7. 7. View Folders
  8. 8. In the “Folders” tab, you can:</li></ul>Rename folder<br />Clear folder<br />Delete folder <br />*Note: changes do not affect references within folders<br />You can view the contents of a folder by clicking on a link<br />
  9. 9. Edit References<br />Click on pencil and paper icon next to Reference to edit date, title, author, etc., or just to add personal notes<br />
  10. 10. Share Folders<br />Click “Share” tab<br />When in “Share” tab, click yellow folder with green arrow to create hyperlink<br />Once folder is shared and settings are saved, you can view the link, edit options, or e-mail to a colleague <br />1.<br />2.<br />3.<br />
