Filtration through carbon nanotubes:
Clean water will obtain after pass water through a membrane of
CNTs meshwork
Adsorption by using adsorbents in a container:
In this, different heavy metals will be separated by using different
adsorbents
Mixing in mixing chamber:
Mixing of oil and water will be done in order to remove micro
plastics out of the water
Sedimentation in sedimentation tank:
In this sediments/layers of oil, water and sludge will form
Screening:
In this large size waste material present in water will be separated
with the help of screening chamber.
4. ENERGY PRODUCTION FROM
SLUDGE
• IT IS DONE THROUGH ANAEROBIC DIGESTION BY
METHANOGENIC ARCHAEA POPULATION.
• IN THIS, THE SLUDGE IS FERMENTED IN LARGE TANKS FOR
12 DAYS AT 55ºC OR 37ºC (OR 39ºC AT PH 6.40).
• PRODUCTS OBTAINED FROM THIS ARE WATER, METHANE
AND CARBON DIOXIDE IN WHICH METHANE AND CARBON
DIOXIDE ARE THE ENERGY PRODUCTION SOURCE.
