About the ATTC National Office NATIONAL OFFICE MISSION: To mobilize the power of the Network NATIONAL OFFICE GOALS Serve as a focal point for identifying and promoting cutting edge technology transfer activities. Advance efforts to address critical workforce development challenges. Promote national visibility and access to Southern Network products and Coast resources. Foster collaboration and coordinate activities to optimize the ability of the Network to promote the adoption of evidence-based and promising practices and recovery-oriented systems of care. Collect, synthesize and report data of significance to SAMHSA/CSAT, the Network and the field.

Mobilizing the NetworkContact Management System The National Office offers a comprehensive web-based contact management system to ATTC offices, expanding the reach of the Network overall. As of June 2012, the combined ATTC Network contact management system has almost 60,000 records!
Mobilizing the NetworkWorkgroup Coordination & Project Management 10+ Workgroups During 2007-2012 Funding Cycle The National Office manages the efforts of national ATTC Network workgroups. One useful tool for managing workgroups is the online project management system, Basecamp, which facilitates file sharing, centralized calendars, and coordinated task lists.
Government Performance Mobilizing the Networkand Results Act (GPRA)Upload SystemSAMHSA requires each ATTC tocollect evaluation forms fromparticipants of all ATTC events. TheNational Office developed andmaintains a system that allows ATTCsto upload the data collected on theseevent evaluation forms automatically.Prior to the National Office’s automatedsystem, data from each form wasentered manually, taking up preciousATTC staff time and resources thatnow can go directly to service delivery.
