On need basis those need to be triggered manually • Backend bot can be configured, scheduled and controlled with the help of Orchestration Unit • Backend bots are more beneficial when same bot is to be used for executing different processes at scheduled time

For every appraisal cycle, Finance team has to manually key in salary details of each employee into payroll system which they receive into PDF format. This process is carried out for, 1. Each newly joined employee 2. Each employee during salary revision cycle Challenges: 1. For one employee, there are 15 entries to be done into system. 2. Time required for one employee entry was 10min. 3. During revision cycle finance team has to key in data for 600+ employees 4. Error prone process due to manual data entry Value addition (ROI) • Data entry time for each employee is dropped down from ~10min. To ~1min. • Saved ~120 man hours per year • Unattended execution over night • No review required • Finance team is able to spend saved time into other important tasks
