Digital Analytics Thursdays was created to promote positivity, honesty, and trust based on confidence among ethical colleagues - in order to build business relationships by bringing people together across the globe to discuss their jobs, career interests, and whatever else is on their minds. The goal is to create economic value for participants in several ways:

2) To enable a focal point for community creation that is local and truly owned by the community.
3) To foster the social power of the Internet by bringing people together in real life - because our virtual lives may (not) be 9-5, but our careers are about more than just money, which is really darned important too.
4) To change the power structure because local communities should be lead by experienced professionals who talk with each other about national and global industry concerns, like Privacy and Ethics, and also actually do it in their jobs and careers.
