  7. 7. <ul><li>Whatever format you use communicate with professionalism </li></ul><ul><li>Match to their preferred communication method whenever possible…. if it works </li></ul><ul><li>What team members prefer may not be the best method to communicate </li></ul>
  8. 8. <ul><li>Have a Agenda </li></ul><ul><li>Have a realistic agenda </li></ul><ul><li>Follow the time </li></ul><ul><li>Everyone knows all this but few do it consistently! </li></ul><ul><li>Self assessment after each meeting </li></ul><ul><li>Maybe it’s not your team maybe it is YOU!!!! </li></ul>

Record yourself for ten minutes giving a presentation and watch it! </li></ul><ul><li>If you can find nothing wrong with it chances are you are in need more help than the person who sees problems </li></ul>
