Doctors' Communities on line are standard service to deliver academic knowledge to doctors. There's however a great discrepancy between declarative academic knowledge and putting the knowledge to use in daily practice situations. How can these communities and the health industry ease the transfer from "know-what" in medical research to know how in daily practice: a challenge. Here's a suggestion.
