Shevtsov (ex- CEO UAS) Getting 1st tangible help… Experience tends to be better but the confidence is still low Suddenly, we understood how big is role of standards in Industrial Manufacturing
  3. 3. Issues with implementation of international standards in Industrial Automation 1. Rising gap between Growing number of international standards and local acting ones.This issue becomes much deeper with cancelation of GOST 2. Low level of implementation for even harmonized standards (e.g. EN-DSTU-15232 (energy efficiency in building)).The reason is low level of market education. 3. Growing risks of cyber-security and safety in critical infrastructure and industrial plants 4. No support from the State / low level of expert motivations 5. Low awareness of key industrial players about necessity of legal standards (not obligatory ones, long-term issues, Russian illegal copies)
