    I can easily find out all restaurants near my place or view details of a restaurant with telephone, location, photos, description and reviews from internet community about that restaurant.

Social skills are very important, especially those dealing directly with the customers. </li></ul><ul><li>Family restaurants </li></ul><ul><li>Family restaurants are also team oriented, but there are individualistic jobs such as chef and bartender that others in the organization cannot perform. This makes them more dependent on each other in order to allow them service the customers. </li></ul><ul><li>Tasks too are fairly standardize and routine for those that service the customers, but the chef and bartender have non-routine tasks and will have a variety of orders to fill depending on what the customers order. Their tasks require greater technical skills and need only to be sociable when in direct contact with customers, like the servers. </li></ul>
