    I can easily find out all restaurants near my place or view details of a restaurant with telephone, location, photos, description and reviews from internet community about that restaurant.

Further Comparisons <ul><li>Fast-Food Restaurants </li></ul><ul><li>Fast-food restaurants are team oriented and employees are dependent on each other to perform their tasks in order to service the customers. </li></ul><ul><li>Tasks are very much standardized and routine in order to provide speedy service, reduce costs and task variability, while increasing task analyzability. </li></ul><ul><li>Employees require little skill and need not make any real decisions because they are following standard guidelines. Social skills are very important, especially those dealing directly with the customers. </li></ul><ul><li>Family restaurants </li></ul><ul><li>Family restaurants are also team oriented, but there are individualistic jobs such as chef and bartender that others in the organization cannot perform. This makes them more dependent on each other in order to allow them service the customers. </li></ul><ul><li>Tasks too are fairly standardize and routine for those that service the customers, but the chef and bartender have non-routine tasks and will have a variety of orders to fill depending on what the customers order. Their tasks require greater technical skills and need only to be sociable when in direct contact with customers, like the servers. </li></ul>
