Training • Yr 1: The Effective Researcher – Optional Yr 1-2: Researcher training mobility fund to support travel within WRoCAH and external training opportunities • Yr 2: The Professional Profile – Compulsory Yr 2-3: Researcher Employability project – 1 month in UK or abroad • Yr 3: The Engaged Academic – Optional Yr 3: Knowledge Exchange project – UK or abroad, singly or in groups • Yr 4: WRoCAH Associate – 2 month’s stipend
