Are you ready to lead? What is in your way? How can you create a pathway to leadership? What will it take for people to follow you and why do you want to lead? During this engaging and interactive session, participants built a pathway to leadership and created a plan that would take them further along their leadership journey

  4. 4. Stand by Your Quote Pick the quote that has meaning to you and stand by it. Talk to the others who are standing by the quote. •What meaning does the quote have for you? •Why did you pick it? •How does it help you think about your leadership?
