ABABOL Products cleaners will eliminate any remains of wax, surface treatment or any other previously used residues during previous manufacturing. A surface free of contaminates allows perfect adhesion of our sealers and release agents, increasing the performance of the de-moulding process.

Our cleaners are recommended as alternative of high toxicity products as methyl chloride, acetone, styrene, or solvent cleaners used as cleaners for tools, moulds, machinery, etc. Although its cleaning power is high it does not attack the mould surface and tools as happens with other products such as acetone, chlorine solvents, acids, etc.

A surface free of contaminates allows perfect adhesion of our sealants and mould releases, increasing the performance of the de-moulding process. · Ababol C is a solvent hazardous-free cleaner that’s biodegradable. It is recommended as an alternative to high toxicity products such as methyl chloride, acetone, styrene and solvent cleaners.   2. 2. Ababol C and C+ have a low evaporation level and could remain on the surface for as long as required to achieve the depth of cleaning needed. remove all residue accumulated on the mould. It could be used together with mechanical cleaning systems because they are not inflammable. Repeat the above process as many times as needed until all the contaminates have been completely removed. When you are sure all the contaminants have been removed from the mould it is very important to remove any remaining residue of Ababol C cleaner. This must be done with a clean wet cloth or clean wet paper. Wet the cloth or paper with water or alcohol, wipe over several times until ALL remaining cleaner has been completely removed. If any Ababol Cleaner remains in the mould the sealer will not APPLYING INSTRUCTIONS ABABOL CD Apply Ababol Cd over the surface to be cleaned using a piece of paper, clean cloth or non-abrasive brush. Avoid synthetic or coloured cloths. When contaminants begin to be dissolved, remove from the surface of the mould with a clean cloth or paper towel before evaporation of cleaner. Ensure to change the cloths and or papers when removing the Ababol Cd, do not re-use dirty the cloth or paper. Repeat that process until the mould is completely clean. Once all the contaminants have been removed, the entire cleaner is completely removed from the surface of the mould. Some examples of cleaning with ABABOL C and C+ CLEANING A NOT CATALISED GEL COAT This is a typical problem that happens in production processes. A small application of ABABOL C/C+ will remove any remaining GEL COAT on the surface, whilst using another solvent such as acetone the processes will need be to repeated 4 or 5 times. Cleaners ABABOL C/ C+ are excellent, high performance cleaners and compared to other solvent based cleaners have far better results.
