  10. 10. I Chose this Meal Because….. This meal had ingredients that  into 4 out of the 6 food groups. It wenthad: Grains (the bread), vegetable (lettuce), milk (egg and cheese), meat(crabmeat and the scrambled egg) The sandwich is a meal that can be made with many ingredients.These there are sandwiches that only have vegetables in them. The sandwich is easy to make, you can just “shove” ingredients intothe bread. There were not a lot of sugars in my meal. The only sweet ingredientI used was natural honey. (Hint* Honey does not have sugar in it) The drink was healthy because it was not made out of the artificialpowders. It was “homemade”. I made sure all the ingredients werehealthy.
