  9. 9. How The System Of Governance Works ? The Musical Director and the Principal Conductor Kathy Fok is elected by the HK Government.The other position is also elected by the HK government. Everyone has to vote/elected who is good at their part. The person thats elected has lots of experience and education and is knowledgable in that area, e.g. HKCC the music director Kathy Fok The person in charge is Kathy Fok. The decisions are made by hosting a meeting for people to agree and disagree with songs,dance movement,etc.Tuesday, 22 January, 13

Chairman,Vice-Chairman,Honorary Secretary,Honorary Treasurer,Executive Committee Chairman,members The chairman, also simply known as the chair,is the highest officer of an organized group such as a Board of directors Committee, or Deliberative assembly . The person holding the office is typically elected or appointed by the members of the group. The chairman presides over meeting of the assembled group and conducts its business in an orderly fashion. The Vice-Chairman One ranking below or serving in the place of a chairman The Honorary Secretary is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Society in conjunction with the Assistant Secretary. The Honorary Treasurer plays an important, but often unsung role in the life of any voluntary sector organization. The executive committee of the owners corporation is a group which represents owners or owners’ nominees. The members gather information; compare and evaluate parliamentary different; identify policy problems and propose solutions; select, determine, and report measures for full chamber consideration; monitor executive branch performance, and they study law thats been imposed.Tuesday, 22 January, 13

If the person voted for the other person that they want is voted,then their think that there part of this because they voted for them to be in that part,so they’ll try their best to persuade those people to bring their children to the Hong Kong Children’s Choir to sing.
