Central Idea CI: Systems of governance affect peoples lives in varying degrees For example some types of governance can affect peoples lives in varying degrees. like democracy can allow the people to have longer lifespan and federation allows the people to have a shorter lifespan.Tuesday, 22 January, 13
  3. 3. What is the system of governance? Explain how it works. Google believes that by making the employees happy, they will work more. Google is successful because the employees are happy to work. The structure of google is the boss doesn’t order employees but gives them assignments. Employees are also called googlers and for those who just joined they are called newglers. Google provides lots of good food, coffee, snacks and more. The employees also get to work when they want to work and rest when they want to rest. The employees have a really great time there. It has freedom and even the food, massages, doctors are for free. Then the employees will want to work. The boss gives freedom and responsibility to the employees.Tuesday, 22 January, 13
  4. 4. What impact does this system of governance have on individuals? The employees at google are very happy and excited to go to work everyday because at work, it is really fun.   7. 7. What are peoples rights in this system of governance? Google lets its employees have rest, fun times but also some time to work. The rights of the employees are they can choose what they want to do and when to do it.
