Dental Emergencies Knocked Out Tooth● Save the tooth● Rinse tooth holding it by the root – do not scrub or remove any attached tissue● If possible put tooth back in the socket – If not possible put it in milk● Call Plantation Emergency Dental Walk-In at 954-775-2555 as soon as possible. Teeth are most often saved are those that the dentist has seen and put back within an hour of the accident

Dental Emergencies Mouth Injuries● Injuries to your tongue, gums, lips and cheeks will bleed.● Rinse with warm salt water● Place a piece of gauze or a used tea bag to the bleeding area for 10 15 minutes● Use a cold compress to reduce swelling, stop bleeding and ease the pain● If the bleeding does not stop, use gauze until you can see a dentist.
