  8. 8. Significance of study<br />TalinumPaniculatumcontains <br />vitamin c and<br /> toxic<br />Tanin, <br />Saponin and <br />Flavoid. <br />So we carry out this experiment to see the side effects of TanilumPaniculatum to the internal organs (intestine, kidney and liver) of Musmusculus.<br />

  35. 35. LIVER<br />Affected liver<br />Normal slide<br />40 x magnification<br />sinusoid<br />Wide spaces in between cells showing the sinusoid. This means that more enzymes are secreted to detoxify the drug (ginseng jawa). In the normal slide the sinusoid is compact.<br />

The presence of vitamin C in Talinumpaniculatum causes more enzyme to be released to detoxify the drugs in the liver cells.<br /><ul><li>prove: white spaces (sinusoid)seen in effected liver cells while the original cell the (sinusoid) is more compact.</li></li></ul><li>KIDNEY<br />Affected kidney<br />Normal kidney<br />40x magnification<br />glomerulus<br />The glomerular is tightly packed due to the toxic caused by the drug that is being detoxify by the glomerular as compared to the normal kidney slide.<br />
